Context lives in too many places
Exports, inboxes, event lists, and memory hold pieces of the same relationship. The full story is rarely in one workspace.
Warm relationships, thoughtfully renewed
Bring old customers, partners, and trusted contacts back into view. Restore the context behind each relationship, prepare relevant outreach, and keep human review at every important step.
Relationship first. Human governed. GFAVIP connected.
The problem
Your best opportunities are often not strangers. They are former customers, old partners, event contacts, community members, and people who already understand your work. The history is usually scattered — and a spreadsheet does not restore it.
Exports, inboxes, event lists, and memory hold pieces of the same relationship. The full story is rarely in one workspace.
Former customers, partners, and members already understand the work. Reaching them as if they were cold leads wastes that history.
Membership, an old email, or a spreadsheet row does not decide whether someone should be contacted. Review has to come first.
How it works
51Guanxi brings historical relationship data into a workspace the team can inspect. Clean the records, restore the evidence, choose the right people, prepare a relevant message, and keep a human in control of approval and delivery.
Bring historical records in with a named source. Preview mapping, duplicates, and contactability before anything is committed.
See who someone is, why the relationship matters, who owns it, and what should happen next.
Clean missing owners, thin context, duplicates, and suppressed contacts before outreach is prepared.
Draft a purpose, audience, and message with allow-listed personalization. Build a reviewable recipient snapshot.
Move work through review and administrator approval. Approval is a trust decision — it does not send a message.
Keep human-confirmed relationship outcomes attached to the person, so the next conversation starts from evidence.
Product
Start with the relationships that need attention instead of staring at a generic contact inventory. 51Guanxi is not a cold-email platform, a scraper, or an autonomous sender.
People workspace
Each person has a dedicated place for contact channels, relationship summary, signals, notes, ownership, lists, context quality, recent activity, and next actions.
Keep the reason people belong together — an event, customer history, partnership, or community — without treating a list as automatic permission to send.
A relationship-readiness view and issue queues for missing phones, missing owners, thin context, repeated emails, and suppressed contacts.
Suggested fields stay separate from trusted first-party information until a person accepts or rejects them, with evidence attached.
Prepare outreach as a reviewable workflow. Eligibility, suppression, and contactability are checked before anything can move forward.
Production sending is operator-gatedHuman + Agent Access
Authorized GFAVIP agents can search and retrieve relationship context. Organization operators may also create and update people through audited, organization-scoped tools. Sending, campaign approvals, credential access, and destructive actions remain outside the supported agent surface.
Browser sessions use GFAVIP Wallet. New local identities stay pending until a 51Guanxi administrator approves them. Existing roles, ownership, and relationship history stay attached.
Approved agents can search people, read one person’s relationship context, and list campaign drafts. Operator-level agents can also create and update contacts, record evidence-backed relationship events, and propose enrichment. They cannot send, approve, queue, manage Gmail credentials, merge records, delete people, or remove suppressions.
Trust by design
51Guanxi is built so enrichment, campaign approval, and transmission remain human decisions. Evidence is separated from trusted first-party information until someone accepts it.
New identities remain pending until a 51Guanxi administrator approves them.
Recipient checks exist so a list cannot quietly become a send.
Drafts move through review. Approval does not itself transmit a message.
Operators can connect a sender separately from identity. Inbox reading is not requested.
Authorized agents can retrieve context and make governed contact updates. They cannot send, approve campaigns, or manage credentials.
Production queueing and transmission are operator-gated. This site does not present bulk sending as generally active. Organization-level data isolation is follow-on work and is not advertised here.
GFAVIP ecosystem
51Guanxi uses GFAVIP Wallet for human sign-in and authorized agent access. That connection is about identity — it does not mean Wallet endorses any claim on this site.
Cold prospecting belongs in Onboard. 51Guanxi is for contacts with real history and relevance.
