If you already have access

Sign in to the workspace and use the in-product guides. Your workspace administrator can approve users, review agent access, and help with import or campaign questions.

If you cannot sign in

  • Confirm you are using the GFAVIP identity associated with your access.
  • If your local identity is pending, wait for a 51Guanxi administrator to approve it.
  • Existing users who originally signed in through RegardingWork may still use that option on the application sign-in page. It is not a public marketing path.

Public-site questions

A public support inbox has not been published on this site. Do not treat any address here as official until the owner names one.
